Asana integration and Spaces

A lot has been going on behind the scenes here at Taskable HQ, and we are excited to begin rolling out a bunch of new features to you. Look for another one of these updates in the next few days.

Stay Organized with Spaces

Spaces v.1 is here! One of our most requested features is filtering/tagging to organize Actions to projects, teams or clients. This is the first step in the direction, with filtering and sorting coming very soon. We also have lots of thoughts on where we can take this. Your feedback and ideas are very much welcomed!

Next up, we'll bring filtering and sorting to the Action list, so stay tuned.

Bring Asana Tasks from Across Teams to Taskable

Asana integration is live! You can now bring all the tasks assigned to you in Asana right into Actions. This works across projects, teams and even instances of Asana. So, if you have multiple Asana accounts you can link them all up here, and have a single view of all the work you have to get done. All in Taskable.

To get set up, head over to the Integrations page, and click on the Connect Asana button at the top.

If you have multiple Asana accounts, make sure they are linked up. You can do that by following these steps:

Log in to your main account, then:

  1. Click your profile photo and select Profile Settings
  2. Navigate to the Email Notifications tab and click + Add New Email
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Enter your password
  5. Click the Send Verification Email button

But now, instead of them being siloed, you’ll be able to see them all in one place.
