Labels no longer nest under Spaces, and other small fixes

We've released a bunch of small improvements you might have noticed. The biggest change is labels no longer nest below Spaces, so you can have the same label across projects.

As for Spaces, we've removed the Default space name, made it more clear how to edit. Additionally, you will no longer have to confirm when you change Spaces, so less clicking.

We've fixed a few other bugs and UI issues, such as:

• The Space modal closing automatically
• Adding/editing steps and due date sometimes broke things
• Cleaned up the list view to make it less messy
• When you mark an Action as 'ready' in New, you no bounce to the next one
