The first is a big change to the UI. We've broken the Action lists into tabs. This will declutter your lists and help you stay focused on what's in scope.
The tabs are:
To Do: Any Actions scope, meaning your To Do, In Progress and Today lists. As a reminder, small Actions end up in To Do 1 day before they are due, medium is 3 days, large is 7 days, and extra large is 14.
New: Newly created Actions, whether you added them within Taskable or from one of your integrations
Overdue: Actions that are past there due date, or Actions that don't have a due date that were created over 14 days ago
Backlog: A single view of all your Actions, no matter what list they belong to. When highlighted green that means they are in your To Do. If red, that means they are supposed to be in To Do but you manually moved them into a different state.
Done: Actions you've checked off already.
The second update is a change to the way you add new Actions. You'll now find the Add Actions button in the top right corner of your screen.
