Rica Suruiz

Well, hello there! This is Rica - your Care Director! I'm the one responsible for coming up with and driving the strategy for our Care Organization to make sure our customers are happy, our processes are top-notch, and our team is thriving.

I lead multi-site teams that manage all of our customer-facing operations and let me tell you, it's a wild ride. My biggest achievement so far? Winning the executive award in 2022, of course. But I'm also proud of the processes I developed with similarly talented people which have made all of our lives at SetSchedule so much easier.

But enough about work. When I'm not crushing it in my home office, you can usually find me on a road trip with my hubby, taking in all the sights and sounds. Or maybe I'll be posted up in a cozy coffee shop with my laptop, or working on my latest painting. Either way, I'm always living my best life while staying true to myself and to the people around me!
